Return or Refund & Cancellation Policy – Amazing Shop
This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, and cancellations are processed on Amazing Shop. By placing an order on our platform, you agree to the terms mentioned below.
1. Return Eligibility – Within 5 Days of Delivery
You may return a product within 5 days after it has been delivered.
To request a return, go to the Order Section and submit a Return Request.
Before submitting the return request, it is mandatory to upload the original photo of the product that you received.
Return requests submitted without proper image proof will not be accepted.
2. Return & Refund Processing Timeline
Once the return request is submitted with valid images, our team will review it.
The product return will be processed within 48 hours after submitting the request.
After the returned product is received and verified, the refund will be processed.
The refund will be sent to your original payment source within 7 business days.
If he original payment method cannot accept the refund, we may request alternative bank or UPI details.
3. Cancellation Policy – For Prepaid Orders
If a customer places a prepaid order and cancels it immediately, the refund will be processed within 24 hours.
Refunds for prepaid cancellations will be credited to the same payment source used during checkout.
4. Policy Misuse
Return or cancellation requests may be rejected if misuse, fraud, or policy violations are detected.
